I wanted to surprise my husband while we were away celebrating our wedding anniversary, so I hired Chayim at Merken’s Mowing to mulch our front garden. He took care of everything, even getting rid of the weeds that we’d missed when we worked on the area the weekend before.
At first I was worried he might not know the difference between weeds and flowering plants that weren’t currently blooming, but he knew exactly what to keep and what to discard.
The mulch looks great and my flower beds now pop. I’m thrilled and my husband was happy not to do the mulch work himself! Highly recommended!”

“We’re looking for a lawn service in Oak Ridge. We had been working with a company on a contract, but their communication and quality of work was spotty. We went with a different company ($50/mow), and were happy with them, but Oak Ridge was a bit outside their service area and they decided it wasn’t worth it. We just had another company come out and quote us $175/mow, which seems a lot (our lawn is 0.5 acres, though it is a hill and has some shrubs to avoid). Do you have a service that works well (communicates, doesn’t gouge a cactus with a weed whacker, etc.)?”
